The mission of Rocky Mountain Hobby-Expo is twofold,

  1. To promote and educate the public about family oriented hobbies throughout the Rocky Mountain Region and beyond by providing information and inspiration to new and existing hobbyists
  2. To provide a cost-effective medium for hobby manufacturers to reach retailers and consumers via a single coordinated event.

An avid model railroad enthusiast himself, Jim saw a need for introducing the next generation to hands-on hobbies. Beyond inspiring new hobbyists, Jim wants to provide manufacturers a cost-effective solution to reach new retailers and the opportunity to meet and converse directly with consumers. Thus, the ultimate Hobby Experience was born.

Beyond the Hobby-Expo, Jim facilitates hobby swaps year-round in the Denver Metro area. More info on these swaps can be found on our Facebook page.

Anthony has been a graphic designer for the past 10 years. He recognized the importance of the Hobby Expo’s mission and experienced firsthand the popularity of the event with the general public. His goal is to aid the Hobby Expo in broadly appealing to people of all ages. He is responsible for web and content design, and consults on future branding as the Expo grows.
