Hobby Swap


The Hobby Swap provides you with an 8 foot tabletop, available only to individuals selling used/pre-owned personal hobby merchandise. Commercial entities or individuals selling new hobby merchandise are required to purchase an exhibitor booth.



Hobby Swap Rules

Swap shop registrations include admission for one seller and significant other- No helpers are allowed. 8 foot tables are $50 each.

Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Selling space is table top ONLY- no wall displays are permitted. Registrations are non-refundable. Hobby-Expo LLC reserves the right the refuse any registration.


All items are taxable at 4.85%. Individual sales tax licenses are not required as the show holds a blanket tax license
allowing you to submit your sales and tax payment to Hobby-Expo at show end. Sellers not submitting their payment
at show end will be subject to having non-reporting information filed with the Colorado Department of Revenue.

Load In

Load in is Friday from 6:30 to 8 pm and Saturday from 6:30 to 8 am at the dock on the west side of the Expo building.
You may not bring your merchandise in until 6:30. There is no load in or out through the front doors. Check in with
the dock manager when you arrive as loading ramp space will be assigned by the dock manager- do not bring your
vehicle onto the ramp until instructed to do so. Bring your own cart as Mart carts are reserved for use by commercial
exhibitors. Tables must remain occupied until show closes at 5 pm on Sunday.


Sellers must park in the auxiliary lot on the west side of Washington Street.

Hobby-Expo LLC, Show Management, the Denver Mart and our insurance carrier shall have no liability for losses,
damages or “mysterious disappearance” of any kind.
